Our E-mail quotes are valid for immediate acceptance unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without notice. Clerical and inadvertent errors will be corrected and you will be advised as soon as possible.
Standard Supply Company is required by law to charge local and state tax in the state of Washington unless proof of tax exempt status has been verified. Customers should check with your own state and local taxation agencies for guidelines and policies concerning sales and use tax.
Standard Supply Co. accepts only Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards for payment. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is entered in our system, after the freight has been calculated and prior to shipping.
Cancellation and Restock
Any orders that are canceled after payment has been processed will be charged a 20% restock and processing fee. All returns must have a approved RMA and will charged a 20% restock fee and will normally be processed within 14 working days of receiving the return. The customer is responsible for return freight charges which are non refundable. Standard Supply Co. will not be responsible for freight damage on returned items.
We will try to estimate freight charges as accurately as possible although due to size, weight and other factors, the freight charge is still an estimate until your product is shipped. You may select from several UPS services from Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver and will be charged a minimum of 10.00 for shipping and handling. Porcelain china products are more easily broken and may require additional expense in shipping cost. Larger items will be shipped via common carrier.
